3 steps way of changing IP address with cmd

Here's how to do it in windows:
1. Open cmd [Command Prompt]
2. When the command prompt opens, type these following commands. Press ENTER after each new line.

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit

3. Erase your cookies in whatever browser you are using.

You will be assigned a new IP address when this happens, but, sometimes you wont. If you are on a fixed IP address, this method will not work. This works if you have a Mobile Broadband connection or PPPoE
