Being Anonymity is the first priority of any hacker bcoz, nobody wants to get caught after screwing someone's system
My Today's post is about very simple and basic anonymity on your network
For XP user's[or windows server 2003 based PC]:
1. Open Command prompt and simply type in: net config server /hidden:yes
2. Now restart your machine.
[NOTE: To undo just replace "yes" with "no"]
[This tricks may not work on windows 7, so, for that see below]
For windows 7 & above:
1. Goto run and type regedit and press enter.
2. Now goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Parameters and right click and select create a new DWORD named "Hidden" [without quotes] and change its value from 0 to 1.
