javascript for smooth scroll-up button

First of all add the image you want as scroll-up icon to a image hosting website.
To add the smooth scroll-up button on blogger just log in and go to "Layout" on dashboard and then add a gadget/widget named "HTML/Javascript" and paste the following code in it:
